  • Jennifer I am new to this group but if you look at the speakers list for the city hall event you will see I have some of the most famous and cutting edge people in computer technology speaking. If you want take me out of the group. You should really check the speakers list.

  • Hiya -- yah, I did :-) I know Burt from SF, just moved to Boston (started as a postdoc at Microsoft Research [working with danah boyd] and a Fellow at Harvard's Berkman Center), and was considering taking a trip down to NYC the weekend of 11/6-7. I study journalism & networked tech so Hacks/Hackers is def of interest. Would love to meet up at some point! ([masked])
